(10-Minute Presentation)

Teacher Training comes in all shapes and sizes and covers skills, knowledge and understanding, methods, strategies, techniques, procedures, attitudes and qualifications. It usually begins before setting foot in a classroom and it never really ends. What do we expect from a teacher’s qualifications? How does induction training help teachers to settle into their new job / city / country / life? How do we ensure teachers (want to) continue to learn and improve?
