Elpseth Pollock will be doing a workshop at the Spainwise TEFL Jobs Fair in Cordoba on Saturday 18th May. The title of her workshop is “Teaching Teens – A Survival Guide” and it is sponsored by ELI (with language schools in Seville, Granada and Malaga).

In this practical workshop, Els will be looking at how we can get teenagers to participate, progress, work hard and still enjoy themselves in class. She has been experimenting with practical solutions to this question throughout her teaching career, so in this workshop she’ll share the ideas that worked!

Elspeth is DoS at ELI, Seville where she is an experienced teacher and trainer, giving sessions both in-house and at conferences. She has the Delta and an MA in Linguistics, is a Cambridge Speaking Examiner, teacher trainer for Cambridge and Macmillan and writes materials for Macmillan and Pearson. She has taught all levels and ages but really enjoys teaching teenagers and exam classes and is aware of constantly learning from her students how to do it better!
